Sign in, open your profile, and use the Delete account form. Confirm with your current password. In Android, the same action is available under Account → Your account data.

Delete your account or request data deletion
You can make a deletion request without reinstalling the Android app.
Cannot sign in, or want specific data removed?
Email info@mydevizetrust.com from your registered email address. State whether you want your account deleted or which personal data you want removed. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send your password or payment-card information.
What happens next
An account deletion request signs you out and starts a 30-day reactivation period. Signing in and explicitly reactivating during that period cancels the request. After that period, profile fields are anonymized and current device ownership is removed. Device ownership history, transaction references and security records may remain for fraud prevention and the integrity of the device register. Recovery location records expire after 30 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup.
